30% of the Rent is required to complete the booking. You will recieve a confirmation with details regarding the home you have selected including check in and out times, homes policies, standard terms and conditions. The balance of the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. Once the balance has been processed. You will recieve a confirmation with detailed driving directions and instructions on how to obtain entry into the your Holiday Home.
What happens if I need to Cancel?

If cancelled monies are only re-funded if the space is re-rented for the same time period less a $100.00 administration fee.
What about Pets and Children?
Many of the homes on our web site are welcoming to children and pets. Extra cleaning fees for pets are usually charged.
