Why is the Departure Cleaning Charged Separately?
We charge the cleaning separately as we have an outside company clean the homes. Most hotels or individual home rentals etc… include the cleaning in the rate and standards really vary. When you look at the total vs the breakdown you will see that the total you pay is very competitive for what you are renting. Most hotels only offer 2 beds and shower perhaps a small kitchenette. Our homes include full Gourmet kitchen, multiple luxury bathrooms, multiple bedrooms etc… and we clean and equip the homes to a very high standard. The cleaning fee might seem high to some, however, this is not a profit centre for us.
How Do I make a Reservation?
Book online with our Secure Safe web sites. It is Fast and Easy in 3 simple steps. You will then receive a rental agreement via email with terms and conditions that you must agree to, sign and return to us to guarantee your reservation. 30% of the Rent is required via credit card to complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation with details regarding the home you have selected including check in and out times, homes policies, standard terms and conditions. The balance of the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. You will receive a confirmation with detailed driving directions and instructions on how to obtain entry into your Holiday Home 7 days prior to arrival.
What are the Check in and Check out times?
Arrival time is at or after 4:00PM on your date of arrival and check out time is 11:00AM or earlier on your departure date. This gives our housekeepers the time they require to be ready for the next visitors. Unfortunately, we can not usually permit early check in or late check out. We can sometimes make an exception, depending on guest turnover. Please notify us at the time you book your reservation if you wish to modify the arrival/departure times. Fees may apply.
What happens if I need to Cancel?
We strongly suggest travel insurance.
If cancelled, monies are only re-funded if the space is re-rented for the same time period and rate less a $100.00 administration fee.
Do your homes accept Pets and Children?
Many of the homes on our web site are welcoming to children and pets. Extra cleaning fees for pets are usually charged. Children are always free, but included in the maximum occupancy permitted per home. You can use the advanced search on our home page to find ideal accommodation for you and your furry friend.
